Situation
E-Z Shipper Racks approached myLogistics to address the need for an Order Management system combined
with an Inventory Management
system.
It was becoming increasingly difficult to manage the inventory for
their exponential growth and extensive network of distribution centers
servicing the likes of Home Depot and Lowes throughout the United
States.
Solution
Because their business is unique, a customized
version of myDock
combined with myLogistics Online
was implemented. The new tool
has allowed for inventory visibility at all of their
distribution/repackaging centers, grower and/or customer locations,
retail stores, and pool points. There is also an Order Management
module in place to allow customers online
access to an order screen
while simultaneously verifying inventory availability.
