What products do you offer? TMS? WMS? Routing?

It is not so much "what products do we offer," but more so what our capabilities are. We have a group of core technology products that set the foundation for our solutions. Because they are completely integrated, and in the same database, we can create a custom solution for our clients. Functionality can be pulled from each product line creating a nice mixture for a unique solution.

What do you mean by "custom solution?"

Every customer requires a different solution to fit their unique requirements. We listen to the customer and design a solution to meet their needs with a high-quality, yet affordable product. We combine a unique mix of functionality from our core products with a familiar look and feel.

What are your "core" products?

Simply stated, we offer  a Routing, Scheduling and Optimization Tool, a Transportation Rating Engine, Inventory Management, Dock and Appointment Scheduling, and Fleet Management including Asset tracking. largely, the same functionality  as most TMS providers, but not as limiting. our products are combined via myLogistics Online, a web-native tool that acts as the main visibility portal for customers, vendors and carriers.

What differentiates you from other logistics technology providers?

Affordability and the immediate impact on an effective Return-on Investment (ROI) is an advantage for us. Combined with our customized solution, the low cost of implementing and maintaining a solution are really what set us apart.

Who is your typical customer?

We have a broad spectrum of customers: small start-ups to the world's largest companies. They range from 3PL and TMS providers, to companies in areas such as retail, automotive, packaging, just to name a few. The common thread among all of them? We met a unique logistics technology need that had gone unfulfilled by other providers.
