mySolutions Overview

We listen to the customer, assess their needs, and apply the appropriate modules in our tool kit to produce a solution. Each customer then has their own unique features added to provide the desired look and feel for easy transition and implementation. A custom designed "web portal" ties the solution together and offers the visibility bridge between the clients existing technologies and data flow throughout multiple entities of the supply chain.

The web portal, or myLogistics Online, allows for the user and the user's partners (vendors, customers, carriers, etc.) to collaborate online. Order entry, carrier selection, carrier assignments/tendering, status updates, scanned proof-of-deliveries (PODs), and online reporting are a few of the features available. myLogistics Online becomes the conduit that ties together the user's existing technologies with myLogistics other modules.

A few of these modules include: myRates – A complete yet flexible transportation rating engine that allows the user quick access to their own negotiated rate tariffs, myDock – an inventory management tool that allows you to manage the efficient transfer of inbound materials from the initial data receipt through to loading of the outbound truck, and myRoutes - one of the most comprehensive transportation routing, scheduling and optimization tools on the marketplace today, and is a must for private or dedicated fleets, or any multiple-stop network. myFleet – A low-cost asset tracking and fleet management. Manage your fleet and check its status through a GPS receiver integrated with myLogistics Online.

myLogistics modules can be implemented individually or together as part of an overall solution - this flexibility is what makes us unique. Above that, one of our strengths is designing a quality solution specifically for our customer...whether it be a "one and done" specific application, an enhancement to an existing system, or a completely new product.
